With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, Matt Weiss is a seasoned veteran. Over the course of his career, he has worked at Cox automotive and its subsidiaries vAuto and HomeNet. While working closely with dealers and vendors, inside and outside sales teams and working directly with the dealer, he has developed an extensive range of knowledge that had been adherent to his success. He has also worked in the digital space and has been able to attain strong results by being able to key in on the dynamics that create profit.
A graduate of West Chester University, Matt is described as energetic, accomplished and client-oriented. His committed approach to his clients, as well as his determination to help them understand, evaluate and grow their teams’ sales and operations effectively, has made him a dynamic player in the industry. Training his teams in a wide range of modalities, he has found that their success is his success. His goal is to provide them with all of the skills and experience that they need to be able to achieve their aspirations.
