Meet Our Leaders

Tara joined JumpStart 360 and the automotive industry in 2015 with a varied background in education and sales.  As a forward thinker, She has become a valuable attribute as she actively collaborates with clients to communicate the best strategy to fit their business development needs. Tara has demonstrated acumen for strategic planning and leveraging business knowledge in identifying the essential dynamics at play in business environments. Having insights on what it takes to grow, mature and promote the activities of successful entrepreneurs, she partners, mentors and actively collaborates with clients to communicate the best strategy to fit their business development needs.

Tara brings her experience from JumpStart 360 working with companies such as InterActiveTel, MyDealerOnline, and Gogocar.  Her innovative approach has allowed her to create a successful dynamic between clients and their consumers which has expanded their markets vastly.  Although her time in the auto industry has been relatively short, she has proven herself to be a valuable asset in automotive IT.  Moving forward, she hopes to continue to grow her knowledge of the industry and expand her stature.

Matt Weiss

With over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, Matt Weiss is a seasoned veteran.  Over the course of his career, he has worked at Cox automotive and its subsidiaries vAuto and HomeNet. While working closely with dealers and vendors, inside and outside sales teams and working directly with the dealer, he has developed an extensive range of knowledge that had been adherent to his success.  He has also worked in the digital space and has been able to attain strong results by being able to key in on the dynamics that create profit.

A graduate of West Chester University, Matt is described as energetic, accomplished and client-oriented. His committed approach to his clients, as well as his determination to help them understand, evaluate and grow their teams’ sales and operations effectively, has made him a dynamic player in the industry.  Training his teams in a wide range of modalities, he has found that their success is his success.  His goal is to provide them with all of the skills and experience that they need to be able to achieve their aspirations.

Matt specializes in implementing sales methodologies, creating and executing training, strategic support, and breaking down sales metrics to help identify team and individual gaps and successes.
